The Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson is celebrating the holiday season with an Edwardian-inspired Christmas throughout the museum, complete with festive decorations, traditional holiday music and displays that reflect the elegance of Titanic's era. Guests visiting this Christmas also can explore the new multimillion-dollar Titanic movie gallery, featuring memorabilia from James Cameron's 1997 blockbuster film.

Throughout the holiday season, the museum captures the beauty and elegance of Christmas as it would have been celebrated during Titanic's time. Festive displays and seasonal music create a nostalgic atmosphere as guests explore recreated areas of the legendary ship, walk the magnificent Grand Staircase and encounter personal stories and artifacts that bring the passengers and crew of Titanic to life.

“Christmas is a special time at the museum, because it gives us another way to remember the people who sailed aboard Titanic,” said Sean Skehan, the museum attraction’s General Manager. “We decorate the museum as a tribute to the holiday season they never had the chance to experience aboard the ship. It's a beautiful setting, but there's also a meaningful story behind it.”

New to the Branson museum this year is the Titanic Multimillion Dollar Movie Gallery, featuring original memorabilia from James Cameron's 1997 film Titanic. One of the exhibit's highlights is the carved wooden panel that Rose clung to in the Atlantic Ocean during the film's final scenes. The gallery gives visitors a chance to see the recognizable movie prop up close, along with other items connected to the film. The exhibit remains on display through Dec. 31.

“The movie introduced a lot of people to Titanic's story, and this exhibit gives those fans something new to see when they visit,” Skehan said. “Whether someone comes because they love the film or they're interested in the real history of Titanic, there's plenty to discover here. And with the museum decorated for Christmas, it's a great time to bring the family.”

The Titanic Museum Attraction's holiday celebration continues through Dec. 31. For tickets and additional information, visit our online ticket booth.
