Ticket Questions

 Yes, reservations are required to secure your preferred date and time. 

 While children 4 and under may attend at no cost, please reserve a ticket for them while making your reservations.

General Information

 Photos are allowed from the Grand Staircase onwards. This includes the entire top floor of the tour. 

 Yes, service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not permitted. 

 Yes, wheelchairs are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please alert staff upon arrival if you would like to request a wheelchair. 

 The average tour takes approximately an hour and a half to two hours to complete. You are welcome to take as much or as little time as you would like. 

 Some areas of the museum are cold. It is recommended to bring a light jacket if you are often cold. 
 Yes! It’s an educational experience designed for all ages, with interactive exhibits that engage children and families. 

While the tour is self-guided, we have an Audio Tour app available on Apple and Google. Crew members are also staged throughout the tour to offer more information and answer any questions you may have. 

 Immerse yourself in Titanic's history with real artifacts, interactive exhibits, and full-scale recreations, including the Grand Staircase.
 While there are interactive water exhibits, you will not get intentionally wet.
